Once we have acknowledged your information and deposit, the transport of your vehicle will be scheduled, rendering to the dates on your shipping order. After a truck has been allocated, you will receive a call from the driver to schedule the pickup time and appointment.
When the driver picks up your automobile, he will do a thorough review of your car on the Bill of Lading. You will together sign this form, and you will obtain a copy. The same Bill will be present on the carriage so you can re-inspect the car.
The driver should again call you 12 to 24 hours in advance to schedule an estimated time for delivery. The transporter will take every protection to deliver your vehicle without incident; however, if damage should occur, you must report this damage upon transfer on the Bill of Lading.
You and the transport driver must sign this document. Claims cannot be treated by our insurance company if the damage is not noted at the time of delivery.
